Grandma looked surprised at something. I remember that big L shaped kitchen. We made noodles, pies and fried chicken. Washed dishes by hand, no dishwasher on the farm.
Love this pic of Grandma ..... Leslie called her "Grandma Grape" before she graduated to Grandma Great. I was cleaning out some old games a few weeks ago and found some Yahtzee score pads for Blanche ..... that woman loved to win!
Grandma was conversing with my boyfriend, Lou. He could really get her talking! This picture was taken in 1977 or '78, I think.
